Once bitten forever smitten - allergies!

Don't despair if you suffer from an allergy to the traditional cake ingredients of wheat flour, butter or milk as all DeliCakes cupcakes and celebration cakes (yes including chocolate) can be made to order with different flours or vegetable fats. These large and small cupcakes are all GF (gluten free) and to quote the 21 year old Kayleighann " Everyone was so complimentary on how they look and tasted " - a triumph for a gluten free cake.

Here is a picture of a another GF cake prepared for a 70th Birthday ( Happy Birthday for today Diane) which I hope Diane and her family enjoy.
